A Pop Up and a Birthday

In a rather sneaky fashion, Test Kitchen/Ludobites Alum Chef Dan Moody is currently taking over Batch Restaurant in Culver City. Of course I knew about it, but details were scarce. It's a small 5 day run that began last night and ends Saturday night (2/28-3/3). As it happens, my birthday is this weekend and I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what, if anything, I wanted to do. Dinner, sure. But where? And then Chef Moody informed me of his plans. DONE! I sent out the invite to my friends, both foodie and not and immediately reserved a table for 15 on the final night. I enjoyed the last pop up of Moody's that I went to last year, and thus I'm am thrilled to be killing two birds with one stone.
